About Me
Hi, I’m Anastasia Apostol — Founder and President of Higher Ed Ops Consulting LLC, where I empower colleges and universities to build smarter, more scalable operations. With a career spanning leadership roles at AllCampus, Coursera, Wiley, and New Apprenticeship, I’ve driven transformative change across every stage of the student lifecycle—from application to alumni to employee — optimizing systems that have supported over 60 university partners and more than 30,000 students.
My expertise lies in designing and executing operational infrastructures that endure. I specialize in scaling enrollment systems, refining student support models, and introducing cutting-edge technology — including AI — that enable institutions to reach and/or exceed their performance goals.
It is in this capacity that I am currently serving as the Director of Workflow and Process Management at AllCampus, a multimillion-dollar EdTech firm, where I lead cross-functional initiatives designed to streamline operations, harness actionable data insights, and implement scalable AI solutions across marketing, enrollment, and retention strategies.
To fulfill my life’s mission, I also serve as CEO and Co-Founder of Your Next Step LLC — an AI-powered platform, where I lead a revolutionary initiative that equips high school students and their families with personalized career exploration and post-secondary planning tools. Our approach is a combination of curriculum, curated and created leveraging our shared expertise and business best practices, with sophisticated AI coaching — ensuring very student is guided toward the educational and career path that best aligns with their strengths.
What sets me apart is a deep commitment to translating complexity into clarity. Whether through design-thinking facilitation, Lean Six Sigma methodologies, or tailored executive coaching, I help institutions unlock better performance, smarter strategies, and a future-ready operational backbone.
