Enrollment Strategies

I will conduct a thorough review of your current state in the Admissions process, assess where there may be opportunities to better engage prospects, manage your pipeline, and gain commitment towards success. I can also review your overall admissions infrastructure and consult on opportunities for efficiency and automation. Lastly, I can conduct training sessions with your Admissions team to empower them to connect best with their potential applicants.

Retention Strategies

I will conduct a thorough review of your current state in Retention and assess where there may be opportunities to increase engagement, to re-engage inactive students, and to proactively provide support for those who may need additional encouragement in completion of their degree. If your institution needs support on the best infrastructure to empower strong retention rates, I can certainly consult on what components need to be considered and what action plans need to be implemented to ensure strong retention growth and stability.

Degree Planning and Course Scheduling Optimization

I will work with your institution to determine a process for scalable degree sequence and how to institute a system that will help project future enrollments for course scheduling, based on active individual degree plans. This will be a tremendous lift towards staff planning and earlier visibility into instructor to student ratios, as well as course section planning. Degree Plans can also lead to strong retention rates.

Post-Graduate Student Infrastructure

The post-graduation / alumni phase can be a more passive, than proactive, phase in student life. However, there are many missed opportunities for referrals, for remarketing campaigns, and most importantly, for continued engagement that could lead to strong advocates and support in the future.
